Triathlon
training camps
Train in amazing places under the guidance of our coaching team. Nearly every camp caters for all abilities, so you can choose the timing that suits you best.

The winter season
From a swim clinic in Surrey to Mallorca before the 70.3, each stop timed to build towards your races.
What to expect from a TTT camp
A mix of hard sessions, easier endurance work and technique sets, but always with a good reason why you're doing what you're doing.

- 01A friendly atmosphere for all ability levels
- 02A maximum athlete-to-coach ratio of 7:1
- 03Individual and group feedback on swim, bike and run
- 04Hard sessions mixed with endurance and technique, always with the WHY
- 05Most days 3–6 hours of training, and you can opt out
- 06Equipment and nutrition advice as you need it
- 07Sunshine. Well, we can't promise, but it's more than likely
What people say
“Another amazing week with TTT on a triathlon training camp, this time in Lanzarote. Great programme covering all three disciplines with really helpful technical coaching, particularly in the swimming and running. As one of the older athletes I was always in the slower groups, but was never made to feel out of my depth. Great fun and hard work!”
“Thanks for a fantastic week. I've been on many training camps and this was the best. Brilliant coaches with a great and friendly group of athletes in a beautiful location.”
“I would 100% recommend a TTT camp for any triathlete regardless of ability. Can't wait for the next one!”
“I was very daunted at the prospect of travelling with my bike to a foreign country and not knowing any other athletes, but I really needn't have been. Cycling in the sunshine, life really doesn't get any better than that.”
