Complication free – I don’t believe in making things more complicated than they need to be. I want to ensure there is ample information to hit every session as prescribed but this doesn’t mean each session requires a degree in maths to understand it.

I live on the Devon and Cornwall border with my family and dog, Nora. Being active and outdoors is a way of life for us and with the challenging terrain of Dartmoor on my doorsteps its absolutely perfect for building endurance fitness. My passion for triathlon is only equalled by my love of winter sports, so if I am not riding up Dartmoor’s finest 20% climbs I am most likely descending the French mountains or ski touring when the conditions are right. I have always loved sport and participated in everything I have had the opportunity to try from a young age. My first triathlon which involved a surf wetsuit, 400 meters of panicked breaststroke, a mountain bike, severe cramp, safety pin malfunction and taking the wrong route on the run resulted in me being hooked on the sport! I have immersed myself in it ever since and as my ambitions grew so has my knowledge and passion. I really love to help other progress and achieve their goals.

Ollie has been racing triathlon for over 13 years having started out with a local Super Sprint back in 2013. That first race not only sparked a passion for the sport as an athlete himself but also assisting others as his knowledge developed and over time coaching became more of a focus. Now racing predominantly middle distance and Ironman he has a real interest in helping athletes achieve their goals. He has a proven record of working with athletes to help them manage the real life demands of work, family, triathlon ambitions all whilst fitting this into the ‘normal’ routine of life.
